This sound journey will include the frequencies of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and 144hz/528hz tuning forks. With this help we’ll gently open the pathways that support balance in your life and relationships.

What do I need to do?

Find a comfortable spot where you will be undisturbed for about 45 minutes. You can sit or lie down, however you are most comfortable is just right. It's helpful if you have ear buds, but it isn't required. Please keep your camera off and your microphone muted.
