Join us for a Saturday Sound Bath Experience. A wonderful way to rebalance and replenish after the week, and to support your energy for the weekend. With the support of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and the radiant high resonant frequency of the 528 hz tuning fork, you'll feel the sounds carry you away along the calming meditative frequencies that bring your mind and body into coherence.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
