A relaxing 45 minute Saturday morning sound journey, refreshing, rebalancing and recharging to support you and start off your weekend. This sound journey will include the frequencies of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and 144hz/528hz tuning forks. With this help we’ll gently open the pathways that support balance in your life and relationships.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
