Saturday Morning Full Moon Sound Bath
A wonderful way to rebalance and replenish after the week, and to support your energy during the Aquarian Full Moon. Aligning our personal truth with greater causes. We'll be working with 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, light breath work and drumming, as well as tuning forks and other instruments that the energy of the day calls for.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and other instruments, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
