Come relax with this 30 minute pop in sound bath. This sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls with 432 hz resonant frequencies. Sound bowls are accompanied by ambient drumming, digeridoo, tuning forks and other sounds.

About the event
Come relax with this 30 minute pop in sound bath. This sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls with 432 hz resonant frequencies. Sound bowls are accompanied by ambient drumming, digeridoo, tuning forks and other sounds.
There are some community items available to use for your comfort, and please feel free to bring your own. Recommended items include: Yoga mat, eye mask, pillow, blanket, bolster, ear plugs (for the sensitive).
Cost is $11 at the door or prepay online. Cash/Check/Venmo/PayPal gratefully accepted. 18 and older.
