Virtual Signature Sound Bath
Welcome to the Virtual Grand Opening of Simply Sound! You're welcome to enjoy some relaxation while we learn the flow in this "new to us" digital space. A complimentary (donations welcome), relaxing sound journey, bringing in coherence to your mind and body. Allowing yourself to experience relaxation or meditation with the help of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks. With this help we’ll gently open the pathways that support balance in your life and relationships. All from the comfort of your own home.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
