What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. The Cosmic Sound Bath may use a combination or all of the following sound tools like tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, a rain stick, a wave drum and more.
