A relaxing sound journey, bringing in coherence to your mind and body. Allowing yourself to experience relaxation or meditation with the help of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks. With this help we’ll gently open the pathways that support balance in your life and relationships.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal bowls, to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
